Keeping you safe

• In order to keep everyone safe at the screenings, and in line with the rules at the community centre, we will be asking that everyone wear masks while walking around the hall. It's optional to wear a mask during the film, whichever you feel more comfortable with. We understand some audience members are exempt from wearing masks so will not challenge anyone who doesn't.

• We ask that if you have any Covid symptoms you do not attend for obvious reasons.

• We will have hand sanitiser around the place and ask you use this.

• We have also invested in card readers and encourage contactless payment for tickets and at the bar as much as possible.

• We will space the chairs out a little more than normal and will be selling a few less tickets to ensure we don't have another Bohemian Rhapsody situation with people sitting in the doorway for lack of space - oh to be back in those days!
  

Covering the cost

We're sorry to say, due to various increases in the costs of running the event, from the cost of the hall and film licences, through to investment in contactless payments and associated fees we are, for the first time since we launched in 2016, going to raise the cost of tickets, and also some items on the bar. Adult tickets will rise from £5 to £6, child tickets from £2.50 to £3.00. Drinks on the bar, beer and wine, will also go up by 50p to £3 each.

Past purchases

As we had to cancel the family matinee we had planned many people will have tickets which were paid for, but not used. We are happy to honour these tickets for a future screening, if you can please get in touch on social media, letting us know you want to come, so we don't sell too many tickets. If however you would be happy to forfeit the ticket and help support us moving forward, we would be really grateful.
